Have you every had to wait on a person?
Have you ever been in a place called wait?
If any of these questions are YES than read on.
Wait on the Lord and again I say wait. Waiting is like been in a place which has rooms.
Yes, it is like a house. Waiting is a process. Waiting is progression. Waiting is for praying.
It is in the place called waiting do you see yourself like you have not seen before.
In the place of waiting you see others motive and intent. But the intent of this place called wait; it is to teach you, guide you, and instruct you. In the teaching part of waiting you will learn persistence and patience. Yes, patience. Waiting is the place where the strong become weak and once you have been broken; you see yourself strong with the strength of the Lord. It is in his strength do you become strong.
Waiting on the Lord is all about him and less about you. Within this place of waiting the root character you develop is that you are not in control. God is totally in control of you, the situation and the person he is working with.
What do you do in waiting? You worship, praise, cry, pray, trust, obey and believe everyone of the Lord. Yes today I find myself waiting on the Lord as He works on people. This is hard because if all the answers are NO remember God's reply is "Yeah"; "Amen"; "I will set it up", "Do not Fret" and "I got this".
The next questions you ask yourself in the place of waiting is when is this going to happen? Has God forgotten his promise? Is this God's plan for your life? What lessons should I be learning?
I believe in the process of waiting when you get there it is a lot of kicking and screaming but after a while you realized that you are not in control and so you start adjusting to the environment called waiting. It is in the adjustment within waiting do you know that all is out of your hands. It is like God is waiting to get all the praise, glory and honour because you waited on Him. He will have you stand still and see this is a form of waiting.
Remember, while you are in this place of waiting that you will progress forward; your patience will be matured; your prayer life will increase with the Word of God. The outcome is his just sit back and rejoice and expect that the outcome to outlast and be that blast that you will go onward and upward. Selah Moment!
